“평양시간” 이 운영되는 우리 조국산천

조선중앙통신에 의하면 조국해방 70돌, 8월 15일을 기해 북 전역에는 “평양시간”으로 표준시간으로 운영한다고 한다. 이같은 결정은 지난 5일 최고인민회의 상임위원회 정령에 의한 것이다.

 

정령에 의하면 우리나라의 표준시간대가 애초부터 있었으나 일본의 조선민족문화말살정책에 의해 일본 표준시간대와 같이 되었으며 조국해방 70돐을 맞으며 조선군대와 인민의 억척불변의 신념과 의지를 반영하여 표준시간대를 제정하고 평양시간이라고 부르기로 했다.

 

한편 평양시간으로 운영되면 지금보다 30분 늦어지며 일본과 중국과 다른 표준시간대로 운영된다. 이전에는 일본과 같은 시간이었으며 중국과는 1시간 차이가 났다. 평양시간 표준시간대로 이제 일본과 30분 중국과 30분 시간 차이가 난다.

 

평양시간 제정 소식을 들은 동포들은 “조국해방 70돐을 맞아 우리 동포들에게 의미있는 선물을 안겨주었다.” “코리아 반도에 평양시간대가 운영되는 것은 민족사에 남길 역사적 사건이다.” “북이야말로 민족정통을 이어가는 나라다”, “일제문화청산을 위한 북의 노력은 민족정기회복을 바람직하다며 하루빨리 남쪽도 표준시간대를 평양시간으로 맞추어야 한다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

조선에서 표준시간을 제정하기로 결정

조선에서 조국해방 70돐을 맞으며 표준시간을 제정하기로 결정하였다.

 

5일 발표된 최고인민회의 상임위원회 정령에는 다음과 같이 지적되였다.

 

민족재생의 은인이시며 절세의 애국자이신 위대한 김일성동지께서 항일의 혈전만리를 헤치시여 강도 일제를 때려부시고 조국을 해방하신 8월 15일은 파란많은 민족수난의 력사에 종지부를 찍고 우리 조국과 인민의 운명개척에서 근본적인 전환을 가져온 력사적인 날이다.

 

간악한 일본제국주의자들은 반만년의 오랜 력사와 문화를 자랑하던 삼천리강토를 무참히 짓밟고 전대미문의 조선민족말살정책을 일삼으면서 조선의 표준시간까지 빼앗는 천추에 용서 못할 범죄행위를 감행하였다.

 

피로 얼룩진 일제의 백년죄악을 결산하고 민족의 자주권을 굳건히 수호하며 위대한 김일성동지와 김정일동지의 불멸의 존함으로 빛나는 백두산대국의 존엄과 위용을 영원토록 세계만방에 떨쳐나가려는것은 조선군대와 인민의 철석같은 신념이며 의지이다.

 

조선민주주의인민공화국 최고인민회의 상임위원회는 조국해방 70돐을 맞으며 조선군대와 인민의 억척불변의 신념과 의지를 반영하여 다음과 같이 결정한다.

 

1. 동경 127°30′을 기준으로 하는 시간(현재의 시간보다 30분 늦은 시간)을 조선민주주의인민공화국 표준시간으로 정하고 평양시간으로 명명한다.

 

2. 평양시간은 주체104(2015)년 8월 15일부터 적용한다.

 

3. 조선민주주의인민공화국 내각과 해당 기관들은 이 정령을 집행하기 위한 실무적대책을 세울것이다.(끝)

 

 

Pyongyang Time Fixed in DPRK

 

Pyongyang, August 7 (KCNA) -- The DPRK decided to fix the standard time on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation.

 

A decree of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK published on Wednesday said:

 

It was on August 15 when President Kim Il Sung, benefactor of national resurrection and peerless patriot, crushed the brigandish Japanese imperialists by making long journeys of anti-Japanese bloody battles and liberated Korea. It was the day of historical significance as it put an end to the history of national sufferings and brought about a radical turn in carving out the destiny of the country and its people.

 

The wicked Japanese imperialists committed such unpardonable crimes as depriving Korea of even its standard time while mercilessly trampling down its land with 5 000 year-long history and culture and pursuing the unheard-of policy of obliterating the Korean nation.

 

It is the firm faith and will of the DPRK's service personnel and people to force the Japanese imperialists to pay for the monstrous crimes committed by them for a century, firmly defend the national sovereignty and demonstrate for eternity the dignity and might of the great Paektusan nation shining with the immortal august names of Kim Il Sung and leaderKim Jong Il.

 

The Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK makes the following decision reflecting the unshakable faith and will of the service personnel and people on the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation:

 

Firstly, the time at 127 degrees 30 minutes east longitude or 30 minutes later than the present one shall be fixed as the standard time of the DPRK and called Pyongyang time.

 

Secondly, Pyongyang time shall be applied from Aug. 15, Juche 104 (2015).

 

Thirdly, the DPRK Cabinet and relevant organs shall take practical steps to carry out this decree. -0-
